“The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
Thought For The Day
“Even when I don’t see it, YOU’RE working. Even when I don’t feel it, YOU’RE working. YOU never stop working.” JESUS is at work everywhere, all the time. From the very first verse of the Bible, when HE created the heavens and earth, to the last verse of Revelation, HE is calling people to be saved. All through scripture and in the world today, GOD is active in the lives of believers and nonbelievers, but in different ways. Can I see GOD move in my life and the lives of others?
Meditation for the Day
However, I, YOUR LORD, chooses to work in your life, you must trust ME. What appears slow to you is not slow to ME. I am working out the perfect timing for all events. Your patience in waiting on ME demonstrates your trust, which I will reward as you come closer to becoming more like, ME, CHRIST JESUS.
Prayer for the day
Forgive me, LORD. I repent of my sins against YOU and others. Thank YOU for your mercy and patience. I put my trust in YOU to help me develop the perseverance to grow stronger in my faith.
